Registration is for members only.  The registration form appears under Seminars when you sign into the website (top right corner - click on portrait icon for password instructions)  You may purchase a membership online at creativefloral.org/membership  Refund requests for the seminar are to be made through the registrar at CFAAregistrar@gmail.com. There is a non-refundable administration fee of $50 retained before refunds can be issued. No refunds issued after Jan. 3, 2025.  Any fees paid will be considered a donation to our nonprofit organization.  Participants must be registered for the event to enter any workshop on that day.  Hotel reservations are preferred at Embassy Suites by Hilton Airport Westshore Hotel.  LInk to the Hotel Reservations  here.  You can also call the hotel at 813-875-1555.  Ask for the "Creative Floral Arrangers of the Americas 2025" special rate.   ($219/night plus taxes and fees for single, double occupancy, additional adults are $20).  There is a limited number of rooms available at the group rate.  The cut-off date for the group rate is Jan. 5, 2025, or until our block of rooms are reserved. CFAA pays for the rooms not filled if we do not meet the minimum number of hotel nights paid during this event, per our contractual obligation.   All registrants have the option to have other registrants see your contact information in the registration form.  (The list of attendees is shown on the website, only to registrants.)  All registrants are also members.
